Who Washes, me or Muddy Paw Wash?
Either option is available to you. If you want to wash your own dog (self serve), we’ll guide you through the easy steps of using our wash system. If you feel like sitting back and relaxing with a cappuccino from the espresso bar, we can wash and dry your dog for you (full serve). Either way, the mess is left for us to take care of once your dog’s bath is done!

Do I have to make an appointment to get my
dog washed?
You don’t need an appointment for a wash. If you know that you’ll be arriving at a particular time, you may call half-an-hour ahead of time and alert us that you’ll be arriving at that time. That will put you first in line for a wash. Note that our slower days are Tuesday and Wednesday and that weekends are often very busy.

What does a full-service wash include?
With a full-service wash, your dog is cleaned by a member of our wash team. The service includes a wash, drying, comb-out and or brush, ear cleaning and eye wiping. If your dog’s coat is heavily matted, we recommend that you brush or comb through matted areas as best as you can prior to arriving for your wash. This will help prevent the matts from tightening even further.
You may also opt for the quick wash which includes a full-service wash and drying with a towel. This is a frequent request for many short-haired dogs.
